I love how the leaves are changing for you. So pretty!
It looks beautiful. Bet you are ready for a winter nap!
Yes! After I prepare the fields for winter….. That’s a good idea for my nest post! How to prepare your garden for next year.
Oh, I need that one! Post soon, please!
I like the pic with the tractor. Could make a cool wall graphic for the man cave wall
May I move in with you guys?
Love the pictures Danny! and Mindy! The last one shows the grace from Heaven shineing down on your fields. Blessing them for next season. Thanks for all the updates and remarks all year.
Lovely pics!!! I am ready for a winter break myself!! Sooooo much work this year with our garden!!!
What gorgeous corn. Ours came to nothing, so much rain in the UK
Fantastic pics!
I absolutely love this!
Great pictures!
Great pics! Dave Soulsby’s comment made me laugh out loud. Pumpkins!
Love these photos. My grandfather had a tractor just like that!
What fun to see what Fall is about where you live! Your photos are wonderful!
Great pictures!! Looks like a wonderful harvest.
Love it- making me feel a little homesick for the US…
So beautiful! Your girls look happy & healthy!
Beautiful pictures! I love fall, it is my favorite season. Pumpkins and chickens and tractors, oh my! Thanks for posting these.
isn’t fall just the best??? I love the pic of the sunflowers standing in a row….
Gee…what a wonderful world you live in!!!
I know yours is a small farm, but at least you’re trying to make a positive impact by being as self-sustainable as possible. Others could learn from you folks.
Wow Wow Wow – you’ve got beautiful land, a great harvest and your chickens look happy and healthy. Keep it up.
Gorgeous photos! We got a killing frost this week on our microfarm. On the eve of it, I picked the last of our produce: a bushel of green beans, 1/2 bushel of sweet peppers, 1/2 bushel ancho peppers, 1/2 bushel chard, a handful of green tomatoes, a 1/2 bushel of potatoes. Thanksgiving will be meaningful this year. Our yield has been good.
Picturesque…..and scrumptious!
Would love to talk chickens! Thinking of getting some….

What a beautiful piece of land you have. Autumn pictures are lovely. It seems you have one pumpkin that doesn’t need carving!
Simply beautiful! I love the change from summer to fall. You captured it so well.
So very beautiful! I really enjoyed the little tour! The photos are great! 🙂 Debra
Reblogged this on Ready For Anything Preparedness Store.
Hi Dan & Mindy! Great photographs of the end of another great year gardening! Roy & I hope you saved us some of those sunflower seeds! We just put our garden to rest for the year too, and although it is sad, we dream of next years crop already! Thanks for a great season and lots of good information! Love you guys! 🙂
Lovely, paradise. The pumpkin behind the center one looks like a kitty cat face.
A beautiful life.
Gorgeous! I’m still working on it…
So, what did you do to keep those nasty little worms from decimating ALL of your corn? Thanks!
~Lynda
Beautiful!
This is how we wish ours had looked this year. We’re just about ready to give up and throw in the tractor. Towel went in last year. But we’re still getting a little bit of produce, so I guess we’ll hang on for awhile longer.
I hope you can stay with it. IT IS an awful lot of work! But, It is so rewarding!
Your farm is just beautiful, I know it’s a lot of work sometimes, but it sure is something to be proud of.
I have nominated you for the “One Lovely Blog Awardâ€. Congratulations! I nominated you because I was intrigued by your blog. Here is the link: http://wp.me/p1GoP9-dq
Wow you guys are doing so well with your place. Thanks for the inspiring pictures.
What a beautiful farm! A great embodiment of the “ideal pastoral!” 🙂
Absolutely gorgeous! I miss our little urban farm, and our chickens!
fabulous – I’m happy to know that one little corner of the mighty US of A is GM free and thriving…
Love all the shots you captured! So clear and vibrant!! We’ve been lasagna layering our garden for Winter and it helps that there are FREE bags of leaves on everyone’s curb!!
I’ve been adding leaves and coffee grounds to winterize my garden space. Your harvest is overwhelming, a tribute to your hard work. Wouldn’t it be great if more people could/would do that?
Beautiful photos. I love the sunbeams.
Love the corn photo!!
Wow! Great shots!
What year is your old ford n series? I have a 46 ford that I use, only thing I dislike is not having live hydraulics without the pto running. I’m hoping to find a small front end loader for mine.
