Congratulations! Send me your address and we’ll send you your prizes. $20 Gift Certificate to The Zoey Zoo (great 1 of a kind whimsical illustrations with themes such as animals, insects , vegetables and more!) and 5 packets of heirloom seeds from Baker Creek Seeds. Runner up will receive a prize as well.
What great prizes. Too bad my tomatoes were so darned good-looking this year.
I wanted to enter one but missed deadline. I think these are uglier than mine so I don’t feel so bad now! Fun contest.
LOL – those are the fugliest tomatoes I’ve ever seen!!!
My wife and I have often wondered why our produce isn’t always picture perfect, but the important thing is it’s nutritious food home-grown without pesticides.
While those tomatoes aren’t pretty, I hope you still use them in a canner load or in our case, we roast and freeze them for the winter sauces.
this was fun! and congrats to everyone that entered and to the winners!
Thank you, Soulsby Farm, and voters, too. This was a great organic gardening year here in the northeast.
Congrats to the winners! I think they are all equally ugly!
Great fun! Sharing on FB on the Hot Cheap & Easy page!
My tomatoes are late, as usual. They’re just coming in now but some are ugly.
there is still beauty at being ugly 🙂 i enjoyed this one
Those are hideous! What a fun contest. 🙂
Worthy winners! Their producers can proudly hang their heads in shame 🙂
Probably won’t be asking for seeds from the prizewinners. 😆
I think your ugly tomato beats mine….ha ha LOL! 🙂
Worthy winners!
scary when you see them and don’t know what they are at first! So funny.
OMG the first pic is truly of an ugly tomato. I guess good for winning such a contest, but it would never make it to my plate. 🙂
Howdy from next door!
love the contest! Mine seem to have lines around the top, but none really wierdly formed. We are eating, freezing, saucing over here. Hope they can keep going and not freeze, as we still have some flowering. Hope all is well, miss seeing chet and Phil… they’ve been there since I was 3! so sad
kisses to zooey- hi to Mindy
p.s. we r going camping this weekend…i donn’t think anyone is going to be here (i.e. Nina)
Still good for sauce!
OMG that i…..s ugly isn’t it! Well deserved prize I think. Congratulations!
If I had a tomato like that, I’d shave its’ butt and make it walk backwards!
Oh man. These are some ugly tomatoes. They must of been scared by the scarecrows.
Funny!
